RESPESS SELLS ESSEX PARK HOLDINGS. Cincinnati. O.. June 4.— J. B. Hespess stated today that In- has disposed of his interest iu Kss.-x: Park at Hot Springs to Simon Cooper for 4,000 the amount that the property originally stood him. Cooper is a well known livery stable proprietor and is actively interested in Hot Springs politics. It Is presumed that he will utilize the track for grazing purpose* f.u- his stock during the time that the plan: will In idle. Cooper will lake an active part In tin-efforts to be made at the next session of the Arkansas legislature lo have a racing bill passed which will permit the resumption of the sport at llot Springs.
