Presgrave. manager of the racing establishment of Thomas civile of Philadelphia: Robert I.. Thomas of Kentucky, former Health Commissioner Crosby. DaThl Ihmlop of Coggins Hall. David El-kins of YVost Yirginia. Stephen Klkins. Jr.. of YAest Virginia and New York: Schuyler Parsons, president of the Coney Island Jockey Club: James K. Keene. vico-prt-sidont of the Jockey Crab: Richard T. Wilson. Jr.. the nc-.v president of the Saratoga Association: J. Harry Alexandre, vice-president of tin- Saratoga Association: Matt J.
