REFORMS SCHEDULED AT HAMILTON. Clockers and Touts to Be Barred — Stricter Regulations Concerning Jockeys and Stable Agents. Hamilton. Out. June 21. — Hamiltons spring meet lug begins tomorrow under brighter conditions than any previous meeting held at the course of the Hamilton Jockey flub. The distributing of the list of riders of the horses ill the different races to the bookmakers in the morning has been prohibited. Secretary London has provided an excellent card for the opening da v. Seven events arc offered, the feature of which is the Hamilton Derby, This race is one of the annual features of the spring meeting and has developed into an important turf fixture here. Two of the other races will be over the turf course and another of the attractions is a steeplechase over the short aaacse.
