ANOTHER RACE TRACK FOR MARYLAND. Baltimore. Mil.. April 1. — Senator Bidtlison yesterday introduced in the legislature a bill to incor| orate the Maryland Racing Association of Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties. The incorporators named are: James M. Douglas. Frank Hancock. William T. Dietrich. William P. Caaunuhg* and Flmer J. Cook. The assoeiat ion is granted large powers under the terms of the proposed articles of ineorimration. practically the only limitatiea being that its meetings shall not last for more than i ighteen days in Baltimore County and twenty days in Anne Arundel County, in the aggregate. William T. Dietrich, one of the incorporators, said that a meeting of the stockholders would tie held wChin a few days and that a site for a new rate course would be aeleeted. Four or five places are under consideration said be Halethorpe. Baltimore County, aad a site in Harford County U-ing among them.
