CANADIAN OWNERS IN A DILEMMA. Toronto. Out.. April 1. — On aoivunt of tlie uncertainty of the racing situation here Canadian owner* are arranging to Ship their horses away, and others wl.ose horaea Bt* now- abroad will not return them to Toronto, as has been the custom in the spring. Some twenty Imrses now in mining al Woodbine and on the sandy roads of Fasl Toronto will be shipped in i few days to Baltimore. The horses of B. J. Mackenzies Kill field Stable, which an- now-racing in California, will be sent to New York instead of coining back to Toronto.
