OKLAHOMA DECISION IS REVERSED. Oklahoma City. Okla., Januarv fi. Under a decision of the Court of Appeals, proprietors of turf exchanges cannot be prosecuted under the anti-gambling law. This decision is a reversal of a former opinion of the court upholding the conviction of E, P. James and other Kl Reno men charged with operating a poolroom for race track betting.
