MARLBORO TRACK IMPROVEMENT. Washington. D. O., January 19. Plans for the remodeling of the Marlboro track, near Washington, have been received by Manager Klrod and work will be commenced immediately on the job. They provide for a mile track, additional stables and the removal or the stand to the oppositu side of the track. This will give trolley service from Washington to the track stand direct. The management tried to by the old fixtures at Benning. but that track is earning something from aviation and cither ventures, and it has been decided to keep it intact.
