JUAREZ RACES AGAIN DEFERRED. El Paso, Tex., February 4. Acting upon the advice of the American Consul, Manager Winn decided to again ostiHiiu the races at Terrazas Park. Tho entries scheduled for today were declared void and a new program made up for Sunday. It is considered doubtful, however, if raeiug will be resumed at Juarez tomorrow. The insurgent attack that was expected yesterday afternoon did not materialize and the street cars running between this city and the race track ran all day without interruption. The service Is in operation today, but only those horsemen having business at the track are using the cars. It is thought unlikely that the revolters will interfere in any way with the race track, inasmuch as it is American property. The only danger to Americans who happen to be iu or around the city during the attack ia that they may be hit by stray bullets.
