EASTERN RACING ORGANIZATIONS MOVE. New York. Marcli 22. Algernon Daingcrfiehl and his Corps of assistants have removed the belongings of the Jockey Club from the Windsor Arcade to the clubs new quarters on Forty-sixth street. The Jockey Club has been in the Windsor Arcade since May 1. IDOl. when it moved from the old Cumberland Building at Fifth avenue, Broadway and Twenty-third street, the present site of the Flatiron Building. "The Coney Island Jockey Club, the Westchester Racing Association, the Turf and Field Club and th Saratoga Association moved into the Arcade with the Jockcv Club. They must all get out before May I.
