NO BAR TO JAMESTOWN MEETING. The Associated Press sent out a dispatch from Richmond, Va., yesterday, to the effect that Governor Mann had announced that he would not permit any violations of Ihc Virginia anti-poolsclliug law during the Jamestown Jockey Clubs spring meeting, April 0 to April 20. In connection with the above report, Daily Racing Form last night received the following message from Robert Levy, manager of the Jamestown track: "The spring meeting of the Jamestown Jockey Club will run as scheduled, from April 5 to 20, without violating any of tho laws of the State of Virginia. "R. Levy, Manager."
