COLORADO BILL NOW BEFORE GOVERNOR. Denver, Colo., April 7. The Senate hill establishing a state racing commission and providing for race meetings at fairs between April and October, with pari-niutuol betting, passed the House on the third reading yesterday and now goes to the governor. Another bill dealing with racing is pending iu the House under eeond reading. This bill has been amended so as to legaljze athletic exhibitions and ten-round boxing contests.
