TWO PENSACOLA JOCKEYS SUSPENDED. Pensacola. Fla.. April 7. Todays fourth race was wou by Sweet Owen in handy style, with Royal Lady aud Explicit next iu- order. Persistent backing for the winner forced his odds from 0 to 1, to which he had receded after opening at 3 to 1, to B to 5 at the eloe. and caused a decided stir. The judges cautioned all the riders in the race sharply to do their best, and after the finish they suspended jockeys Wrispen and Irvln for the remainder of the meeting. The racing here is fast coming into disrepute, and it is thought that it would bo for tho good of racing in general If the meeting here should lie brought to an abrupt termination. Withdrawals from the" fifth race caused it to be declared off and another substituted. Four of those originally carded were named to go in the new race. Ladies day brought out a large attendance and the betting; was again of good volume.
