PLANNING FOUR MILE RACE DETAILS. Lexington, Ky., April 13. Rain fell in torrents here this morning, leaving the Kentucky Association course excessively sloppy and seriously retarding the work of the horses. Secretary Bidweli of the Kentucky Stale Racing Commission lias accepted the secretaryship for the proposed four-mile race. The date for the closing or entries will be fixed at the next meeting of the commission.
