NOW UP TO THE GOVERNOR. Denver. Colo.. April 13. The house yesterday passed the Corn forth hill, legalizing boxing contests limited to ten rounds without a decision and permitting incorporated fair and agricultural associations to permit the sale of pari-iuutuel pools in connection with race meetings. The bill is now veadv for Governor Shafroths signature. Opponents of the measure will try to induce the governor to veto the measure. The governor also lias in his possession a companion bill passed by the legislature providing for a state racing commission.
