HAVE CONFERENCE WITH GOVERNOR DIX. Saratoga Racing Managers Complain to Chief Executive of Drastic Directors Liability Law, Albany. N. Y., April 17. -K. T. Wilson, president, and Andrew Miller, secretary of the Saratoga Association for the improvement of the Breed of Horses, conferred with Governor lix today. They told the governor that If oine method could be devised through legislation to make the so-called directors liability law less stringent, there is a possibility of conducting racing at Saratoga tills year. They doubted if any Other track could be put in condition for this season. Mr. Wilson told the governor he had no scheme in mind, but believed the present law too drastic. New York. April 17.
