CITY PARKS FATE STILL UNDECIDED. New Orleans, La., April IS. After a stormy session lasting until near midnight the hoard of directors of the City Park race track rejected all realty bids for the handsome City Park track, contending that they were entirely too low, and ordered a committee of live appointed iu whose hands the fate of City Park track now rests. This committee will have the power to recommend liquidation, sale or whatever in its judgment appeals to it. The board believes the proper tv should bring about ,000,Oi0.
