NIAGARA FALLS MEETING DECLARED OFF. William M. Murray, general manager of the Niagara Falls Driving Park Association, wired Daily Racing Form yesterday from Toronto that the proposed meeting at Niagara Falls, Ont.. September 1 to S. had been declared off and requested that horsemen be so notified. The presumption is that the management decided it was impracticable to attempt to race in view of the attitude of the Provincial government of Ontario, which had refused to license the Niagara Falls Driving Pjirk Association to conduct running races tinder Its old trotting- track charter.
