THE FAD began fast and, going to the front, easily won all the way. GENOVA was in nearest pursuit nearly throughout and finished gamely, but was tiring fast at the end. EVIA came from the rear in game fashion into a gaining third. FRANK FERRIS finished well. JUDITH PAGE made up ground and finished closo up. WILTRUDE S. ran forwardly to the stretch and quit badly. MANASSEH ran close up and came with a game rush in the final fifty yards. OSTENTATIOUS ran well, but met witli sharp interference when a sixteenth out and lost -all chance thereby.
