JAMESTOWN CASE AGAIN GOES OVER. Norfolk, Va., September 18. The proceedings started by Governor Mann of Virginia with a view to preventing the November races of the Jamestown Jockey Club, as well as all future racing on the Jamestown course, received a setback today when the case which the governor expected to proceed at this time was deferred until next mouth.
