L HITCHCOCK MARES FOR FRANCE. Lexington, Ky.. October 9. The stallion Yankee and twenty thoroughbred mares belonging to F. R. Hitchcock "of .tev York will leave here Wednesday night or Thursday niorniug for New York, to le shipped on Saturday to France. The mares to go include Baringo, Campo, Caoutchouc, Ellie Wolfe. 3ondness, Flinders, Graceful. Gutta Percha, Queen Elizabeth. Rapine, Rosetint, Rossignol, Sister Stella, The Row. Canteen, Hebrlc, Phantom Belle, Tangle, Tepee and Yankee Daughter. The first named fourteen have been at John E. Maddens Hamburg Place for some time and the hist named six are quartered sit Hal P. Headleys Beaumont Farm.
