RACING IS RESUMED AT ALAN. Spokane, Wash., October 9. A good attendance, marked the re-oponing of the Alan track today; after a lay-off of a week. Dutch Rock, a prominent Derby candidate, won the mile and a sixteenth race in a furious drive with Banorella and Fred Mulbol-land. Frank Doss bid him up from 00 to Sl.lOo and he was retained J5y F. J. Grefer. Pawhuska romped home in the five and a half furlongs sprimr. winning easily from Enfield and Lady Macy. Starter Dwyer suspended jockey Gargan for three days for disobedience at the post, and lined Selden and FrascU 3 each for like offenses.
