ARASEE IS BEATEN BY USEEIT. Spokane, AAash., October 17. Useeit won the f suture race, a five and a half furlong sprint, at Coeur dAlene. this afternoon. The filly made every post a winning one, but had to be hard ridden at the end as Arasee made a great bid. At a little longer distance, and with a more powerful jockey on Arasee, the positions probably would have heen reversed. Dr. Dougherty finished third, a head behind Arasee. Starter Dwyer suspended W. Powers for ten days for disobedience. Cleopat. winner of Hie third race, was bid up from 00 to 05 by F. W. Doss, und bought In. Smiley Metzuer, which was so badly burned at the Spokane track recently, died yesterday. The further entry of the horse Fore Guard has leen ordered refused for Inconsistent running .
