AMERICAN HORSES REACH MEXICO CITY. Mexico City, Mex., October 21. A special train arrived here today after a record rim from Louisville, Ivy., with horses for the fall race meeting of the Jockey Club of Mexico at the Condessa course, soon to open. The meeting will have for a feature event the second running of the Mexican Derby for a rich purse, a portion of which will be contributed by the Mexican government. Matt .1. Winn, manager of the Juarez and the Churchill Downs tracks, as well as of the local course, is expected to arrive tomorrow with other racing officials. Round the World, ChapulteiKJc, John Louis and other well-known American horses, were included in the consignment that arrived from the United States.
