GATHERING FOR JUAREZ MEETING. El Paso, Tex., November 24. With turf followers flocking in from all directions daily, the Juarez meeting bids fair to far outstrip all previous records. Something like 500 horses are already quartered at the course, with additions arriving daily. General Manager Winn announces that the ring will be open to all reputable bookmakers, provided the number reaches fifteen. Otherwise some arrangement will be iriado so that the ring will be pro-rated for the amount given dally in purses. A new dressing lias been put on the track and the entire plant has been renovated throughout.
