There was a rumor this afternoon that there might bo a change shortly in the personnel of those having the racing in charge at the Fair Grounds. The rumor had it also that S. A. Clopton, one of the financial men backing the venture will step out after Monday. There will be an exodus of race followers from here tomorrow among those who will go home for the holidays.
