JOCKEY CLUB MEMBERSHIP COMPLETE New York July 12 At a meeting of the Jockey Club yesterday two new members were elected tilling out the full membership The new members are George P Eustls of Washington D C and I M Parr Jr of Baltimore Mr Parr was named to take the place made vacant by the death of Fred ¬ erick Gebhard GebhardIn In order to avoid a conflict of dates in Maryland the Jockey Club will request the Jamestown Jockey Club to defer its opening until November 13 In ¬ stead of November 11 as originally planned This will enable the Maryland Jockey Club to readjust its fall dates so as to leave the month of October entirely clear for the Laurel meeting
