MINNOLETTE A WINNER AT TULSA Tulsa Okla July 12 This was ladies day and the grandstand presented a beautiful appearance Judging by the amount of applause accorded each winner the public had a good day Skillet favor ¬ ite In the first race failed to show the same form as at Oklahoma City and at no time during the race was lie a serious contender Prudent favorite for the fourth race failed to run back to the form he showed yesterday and finished out of the money with no apparent excuses MInnolette won the sivth race which served as the feature of the day In a driving finish with Eva Tanguay The latter ran out on the turns
