COLORADO RACING BILL PASSES SENATE Denver Colo April 10 Tlie bill providing for the appointment of a state commission to govern racing in Colorado was passed by the Senate yester ¬ day in concurrence with the lower branch of the Legislature and now goes to the governor for ap ¬ proval The passage of tlie bill through the SKIII I e was marked by an acrimonious debate and the vott was 20 to 15 If Governor Aminons approves the bill it is planned to have a June meeting at Overland Park with the parimutuels as the method of spec ¬ ulation The bill coiillues bcttiug to that system
