BUYS FARM IN VIRGINIA. Richmond, Aa., October 20. Negotiations which i have been in progress for months for the sale of the late Charles F. Senlfs plantation, known as Curls 5 Xeck Farm, on the James river, in Henrico County. Virginia, have reached the point where only the signing of the deads remain to complete the purchase of the property by C. K. G. Billings, multimillionaire of Cleveland and New York. It is said Mr. Billings will make the farm his s pormament winter home and bis coming to Air-ginia means that horse breeding and horse racing ; will receive new stimulus, because be will complete a mile track on the plantation and breed and train i high-class racers. The transactions total 50,000.
