HALL BILL TO BE DEBATED FRIDAY. Baltimore, Md., March IG.r-Tlie Hall anti-race track hill has been reported to the House of Delegates bv the Judiciary Committee by a vote of 5 to ,1 and has been set for consideration on Friday next. Indications are that the friends of the race tracks will trv to amend it by substituting an en tirelv new bill which will let the race tracks run. but "put them under the supervision of a state racing commission. This is Hie plan that has been pub licly advocated by Pimlico ollicials and its friends, although the attitude of the owners of the other two big tracks has not been divulged. One hundred and thirty churches of this city have taken action indorsing the Hall bill, it is announced. Action has also been taken by the State Federation of Womens Clubs, the Just Government League of Anne Arundel County and a number of other organizations. A number of other churches have been communicated with by Rev. Dr. John Roach Straton. secretarv of the Interchurch Social Service Committee, who is directing the light.
