DENVER ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED. Denver, Colo., March 10. Articles of incorporation of the Denver Fair and Racing Association, have been filed in the Secretary of states office bv William Alliert Read, Robert F. Leighton and J. Howard Dana. The objects for which the incorporation is formed are stated as follows: "To lease and operate fair grounds, race tracks, breeding and stock farms, to purchase or erect dwelling houses, club houses, grandstands and to conduct race meetings." The capital stock of the corporation Is 50,000.
