EXPECT COMMISSION IN MARYLANDf Baltimore, Md,. March 23. Race followers in Maryland probably will know the fate of their favorite sport late tonight, when the Hall-Williams anti-betting bill comes up as unfinished business before the House of Delegates at Annapolis. Today the generally accepted belief is that when the bill comes up an amendment providing for a state-wide racing commission will be substituted. This substitute Is said to be acceptable to the owners of the Pimlico track and it is believed that tlie owners of the other Maryland tracks will not raise any objections. -
