RACING FOLK FLOCKING TO NORFOLK. Norfolk, Va.. March 2S. The first of the three big special trains bearing turfmen and their horses from Palmetto Park, Charleston, to the Jamestown Jockey Clubs track, arrived safely after a quick trip and already the newcomers have been set down for stiff works on the track, which now is at its best. Arrivals of racing folk from every point of the compass continue and every indication is that the fifteen-days spring meeting, which begins here Wedneseday, April 1, will be the most successful ever held at fho picturesque seaside track. Starter Mars Cassidys assistants, with the lmrriers, have come from Juarez and today were schooling two-year-olds and bad actors. The stables arriving on the first Charleston special, conposed of eleven horse cars, one day coach, one baggage coach and two Pullmans, included the horses of the following owners: AVilliam Walker, Edward MeBride.
