NOTES OP THE TURF. Virginia Lass, a three-year-old by Aeronaut Corker, broke a leg while racing at Belmont Park Terminal last Saturday and was destroyed. A petition to set aside the will of Curtis A. Gnnn was filed by the widow yesterday in the Chicago Probate court. Letters of administration were filed by Mrs. Onun in an effort to collect the estate, valued at $:!3O,O0O which was lert on the death of her husband a few weeks ago. Hie widow objects to that part of the will in which is be-ineathed 0,000 to Plunia E. Gunu Rodgers. a grandnlece, and also as to several smaller amounts to relatives and friends.
