MORE ARRIVALS AT JUAREZ E. B. ALLEN, WESTERN BREEDER, REACHES MEXICAN COURSE WITH BIG STABLE. Other Shipments Arrive from Maryland, Texas, Mon-tana, and Arizona Points for Opening of Long Winter Meeting Next Thursday. 1 El Paso, Tex., November 10. Ilorces nre still arriving in large numbers for the meeting of the 1 Jockey -Club Juarez. The largest stable to arrive this week and one of the largest now quartered at the course, is that of the western breeder, It. j. 1 Allen. Thirteen head were included in this ship- ; meat, which was made up of the old campaigner, George Oxnaid, eight two-year-olds and four yearlings. The young horses in this shipment are principally the get of Sam llildreths old sprinter, Rapid Water, now standing at Hamburg Place in Kentucky as the property of J. B. Madden. Others that arrived were the Texas stables of Capt. 15. C. Bunbury and O. 1. Parke, which came in the same car. From Montana James Tonkin arrived with Clark SI.. Little Marchmont and Dovie: D. K. Carter with Manganese and La Cazadora; O. Tiniberlake arrived from Ihoeuix with Marteuo Chavis and a two-year-old. Jene IClrod, who will have charge of the betting ring, is a late arrival, lie was accompanied by Mrs., hlrod. Dr. Caun, a well-kuowii veterinary, was also an arrival, coining from I.atouia. The first arrival of the season from Maryland is the strong string of F. S. Hackett, in charge of J. 1 Atklh. The horses readied the Juarez course in splendid shape. In tin; stable are the two-year-olds Katlicrine G. and Merry Twinkle, and the older horses Flitaway. Executor, Noble Grand, Brynlimah, Mater, Notinaker, Penalty, Ha Penny, Fathom and Delaiioy. Jockey Callahan came along and will uo the stable riding." Secretary Ed. Jasper and Col. W. E. Applegate. who wjll have charge of the betting ring during the coming meeting, are recent arrivals. Mr. Jasper gave out the information that the. complete list of Make entries would be made public in a few days and .that. the. nominations ara fully up to the standard of .previous, years.
