EMPIRE CITY TRACK TURNED OVER. White riains, • N. Y., December 22.— Thomas F. ?. Curran, who is associated with John F. Brennan as ls counsel for the Empire City Pacing Association, and ,! Janus Butler, owner of the Empire City race track, announced that Mr. Butler and his associates will ji take possession of the big track between Yonkers .s and Mount Vernon at once. He said that uniler r the order of Justice Morschauser the National Fair ir and Exposition Association was directed to file a a bond for 0,000 within five days from the entry T of the order. As the bond has not been filed a a stay of execution has been denied by the court and 11 that gives Mr. Butler iiossession of the property. It is said, however, that the National directors will li ■ppeal from the verdict and may carry the tight for ,r possession of the track to the Court «.f Apjieals.
