SPECULATION INCREASING AT HAVANA. Havana. Cuba. February St.— A large crowd was present at Oriental Park today. Favorites won tin-last two races. Speculation was brisk and has increased three-fold in the last ten days. J. Casey has severed his connections as trainer for K. B. Stello. lie left for New Orleans this morning for the purpose of purchasing several horses. Oholn* is reported to have broken down in Ins last race.
