CONGRATULATIONS FROM KING GEORGE. Toronto. Out.. May 24. —A cablegram was received by Mr. Joseph E. Seagram, president of the Ontario Jockey Club, and owner and breeder of the find three horses in this years Kings Plate, from the equerry to the king, saying: "I am commanded by the king to send jou his majestys congratulations upon your racing success." A congratulatory telegram was also received from his royal highness the Duke of Couiiaught, the governor -geueral.
