IMPROVEMENTS FOR PIMLIC0 TRACK. Ilnltimoro. Md.. May 29. The Maryland Jockey Club, following upon its late siucos ful meeting, contemplates putting a portion of its profits into extensive improvements upon its plant. About 120 new stalls will 1m- je.it in. Already the old stalls at the end of the chut- have been torn down and a new barn built on modern lines to accommodate about forty horses will In- put up. A long- needed improvement in the way of concrete walks from the cars to the giviuHtaiiil will be carried out. and the public will no loiigi r Im- put to the inconvenience of walking through mud to get to the track. The blcachi rs at the end of the grandstand will be thoroughly overhauled. Tentative plans also have ham in; do lor improvements in the grandstand so as to bring it up to modern ideas.
