WORK ON NEW WINDSOR TRACK PROGRESSES. Toronto, Oat., May 31. Thomas Hare, who was b. re over Sunday, reports that work on the new Kenilworth race course at Windsor is progressing fnaorubly. The track itself, which is a mile in eir-cumf.Tcncc. wilh two chutes like those at Woodbine-. will be completed witli the- top elressing in about ten days, and the work of fencing the enclosure will . commence immediately. The steel frame from the " W old Kenilworth track at Buffalo is on the railway siding, and the cement foundations are lieing installed. 1p to date stables are being built. All the work is Isiiig done by the Orpcn Construction Company, of Toronto, with A. J. Rattray as architect. The new track is admirably situated, having direct railway connection with Detroit by Michigan Central, and trolley line froai Windsor. A complete drainage system is being installed. The track will lie rolled and harrowed daily for the next six weeks. mid will be in good condition for the opening ou August 30.
