THOUGHTKUL raced green, but finished well through the last sixteenth under punishment. LEADING LADY was never prominent. Scratched— 20451 -Yellow stone. 115. SAM McMEEKIN forced the pace from the start and. taking the lead on the backstrctch, hung on gamely in the final drive. IDA CLAIRE showed much speed and made a game finish under punishment, but tired in the closing strides. MONOCACY raced in deep going next to the rail and ran out through the homestretch, but outstayed DAINGEUFIELD. The latter came wide when entering the homestretch. MENU lAHK had no mishaps. LIBYAN SANDS was outpaced in the early running, but gained rapidly from the quarter paat and would have been second in another stride. TRIE AS STEEL set a fast early pace, but was tiring at the end. ROCK ran well for five-eighths, then tired. RET finished resolutely. PAST MASTER came from far back in the final quarter. SATURN closed a big gap early and tired.
