TARTAR TURNED OUT FOR THIS YEAR. New Aork. June 22— R. T. Wilsons six-year-old gelding. Tartar, has been turned out near Westbury. L. I., for a long rest, and trainer Thomas Healpy savs that it is not probable he will go to the post again this yf-nr. Trainer Healey says that Tartar never has shown anything like his true form since he had a bad fall at Havre de Orace lust autumn. He was knocked down as he was rounding the first turn and badly hurt, but although he appeared to recover from his physical injuries, trainer Healey expresses the opinion that he never has recovered from the nervous shock. He always has been timid and nervous at the post since the accident, and never has been able to do himself justice in a nice. "He has lieen a good game horse." trainer Healey said of him. "and I do not want to see him knocked about when he is no longer the horse he has been. I am glad Mr. Wilson looks ui»oii it just as I do. and has given orders that he shall be well cared for whether lie ever races agam or not."
