ASSOCIATION WINS AGAIN IN COURT. New Orleans, La., June 30. The Business Mens Racing Association scored another victory in the Civil District Court when Judge Skinner handed down a decision dismissing the suit of Alfred F. Page, former auditor of the association and a stockholder in it, against the president, W. F. Pinckard. Page sued the association and Pinckard for not complying with his request that he be furnished with information relative to the holdings or the company, and also asked that a receiver be appointed. The suit also asked for the payment of 0 a day by Pinckard to Page for each days delay in furnishing the information desired, Page claiming to have written two letters to the president asking for information, to which he received no reply. After dismissing the rule nisi aud fixing the costs upon the plaintiff. Judge Skinners decision also read: "It is further ordered that this judgment shall not conclude the right of relator as a stockholder in the defendant company, if hereafter for any bona fide interest as such, he should have actual need of information for his protection as a stockholder."
