MANY YEARLINGS SECURE NEW OWNERS. Lexington, Ky., July 1. Messrs. John 1. Carr and Thomas Piatt have sold privately fourteen of their thirty-four thoroughbred yearlings as follows: To W. H. P.aker, chestnut colt by Master Robert High Degree; bay colt by Dick Welles Miss Doyle; bay colt by Todilington Miss Ortell; bay colt by Master Robert Ida Kearney; bay colt by Sweep Amo; bay colt by Master Robert Marbles; bav colt by Bourbon Beau Suttee. To W. E. Applegate, chestnut colt by Magneto The Lady; bay colt by Dick Welles Espcro; brown colt by Toddington Holly Bush. To M. C. Moore, bay or brown colt by Marathon Veroniiiue; chestnut filly by Peep oDay Maid of Fortune. To C. T. Worlhington, bay filly by Master Robert Sinn. To R. L. Baker, chestnut colt by Master Robert Attentive; brown filly by Pentecost Black .Mantilla. Among yearlings unsold is a half-brother to Fri-gerio; this cult is by Dick Welles, and Carr also has a suckling half-brother to him by McGoc. Piatt shipped For Fair to Dr. G. M. Miller this week and he is to go into training again.
