HORSES COMING FROM FORT ERIE. Martin Nathanson, racing secretary of the Illinois Jockey Club, announced yesterday that he had received a telegram from R. J. Mackenzie, the Canadian horseman, that he Mould ship fourteen horses from Fort Erie last night for the Hawthorne meeting, Miiich opens Saturday. In the Mackenzie stable are Faux-Col, entered in the Derby, and Leo Skolny, entered in one of the big handicaps. The Mackenzie stable is being trained by Canada Jack Adkins and G. Byrne will come along as stable jockey. Another telegram from Fort Erie announced that II. G. Bedwell and D. W. OMeara will ship twentv-one horses for the meeting. They will arrive at Hawthorne Thursday.
