SAAILLA began quicky and. rushing to the front, set a fast pace all the way, but was driving mildly at the end to outstay GOLDEN BANTAM. The latter ran well under good weight and was gaining on the leader at the end. BONDAGE was cut off cm the turn out of the backstrelch, but iiuished fast and this probably cost him the race. FAIR MONTAGUE was as good as left at the post, but closed a big gap rapidly and finished fast. SILK BIRD showed the most early speed, but tired in the final drive.
