MORE IMPORTANT ARRIVALS FROM ABROAD. Now York, July 11. Eight Brigade, a noted English race horse, was aboard the Atlantic Transport Line steamer Minnehaha, which reached here recently from London. Eight Brigade is a six-year-old stallion by Picton Bridge of Sigh, by Isinglass, and was bred and owned by Eord Derby. This horse won eleven consecutive races as a three-year-old and throe races as a four-year-old. Pie-ton, the sire of Light Brigade, was by Orveito son of Ben Or out of Hecuba, by Isonomy, the sire of Isinglass. Light Brigade is the property of Senator J. N. Camden, Avho is reported to have paid 0,000 for him to head his Hartland Stud at Versailles, Ky. The Minnehaha also brought the four-year-old bay filly Double Dark, by Dark Donald Dark Agnes, bv Cyllene; the chestnut mare Komagne, 7, bv Polvmolus Malatesta. believed to have been sent to Willis Sharpe Kilmer, with a chestnut foal at foot by White Magic, and is now in foal to Bayardo; Princess Caprice, b. m. 5, by Marco Royal Marriage, is in foal to Llangibby; Cerium, b. m. 5. by Sundridge Isis, in foal to Black Jester; Primula, b. f, 4, by St. Denis Little Primrose, with a good bay colt foal at foot by Spanish Prince, and she is now in foal to Black-Jester; Merriment, ch. f, 4. by Sundridge Marian Hood, with a chestnut filly at foot by Spanish Prince, and also in foal to Black Jester; Patricia IV., ch. m, by Ard Patrick Princess Patti, with a bay filly foal at foot by Adam Bode, and in foal to Junior. A grand looking brown yearling colt came over, consigned to A. J. Joyner, who bought him as a foal before he came over last autumn. He looks big enough for a moderate-sized two-year-old and, as he shipped admirably, he is a taking youngster. He is by Phalcaron Last Hope. It. S. Seivier sent over by the same ship a fine-sized and well-finished bay colt, two years old, by Primer Madge Ford, to K. T. Wilson.
