MORE RACING AT HAWTHORNE. It is reliably reported that another meeting is to bo given at Hawthorne, beginning about the middle of September. Mr. Edward Jasper has been engaged to serve in his usual official capacity and will go to Saratoga shortly to solicit the participation of owners and their .horses.
