STATE RACING COMMISSION TO MEET. Lexington, Ky.. August 5. The Kentucky State Racing Commission will hold its next meeting at the home of chairman Johnson X. Camden near Versuilies next Thursday. A call was issued last night by secretary Nuckols. The following seventeen yearlings from August Belmonts Nursery Stud arrived at Saratoga today to be broken: Chestnut colt, by Trap Rock Crossways, bay colt,, by Hastings Dragnet; bay colt, by Uncle--Golden Sand; chestnut colt, by Hastings Ferment; chestnut colt, by Hastings Olympia; chestnut colt, by Trap Rock Peccadillo; chestnut colt, by Fair Play St. Priscilla; bay colt, by Trap Rock Souveraine; bay lilly, by Watcrvale Beldame; chestnut filly, by Trap Rock Delusion; brown lilly, by Hastings Haute Roche; chestnut lilly, by Fair Play Mahubah; bay lilly, by Hastings Hand Vale; bay lilly. by Water Vale Toggery; chestnut lilly, by Trap Rock Woodvine, anil bay filly, by Hastings Turquoise. Jockey J. McCabe arrived here today from Chicago with a crippled left hand, but says he will be all right shortly. Kenneth D. Alexander of YVoodburn Farm, Spring Station, has gon.e to England to buy several thoroughbreds. The Kentucky Sales Co. is preparing for a sale of yearlings here on September 1-, during the fall race meeting.
