RAIN STORM MARS AT KENILWORTH PARK. Windsor, Out.. Sentember 7. A hurricane and rain storm struck Windsor this afternoon, and for a short time the big crowd present suffered considerable inconvenience. The third race was postponed about fifteen minutes as a result. A section of the grandstand, which was being completed, was blown off by the wind. The card was a featureless one. Alex Getz was returned the winner of the fourth race after a gruelling drive through the stretch with Wanda Pitzer. The opening race of the afternoon, a two-year-old dash, went to Sybil, a heavily-backed choice. She was taken back in the early running by Molesworth and. when called on. rushed by Riposta. which had been setting the pace. H. G. Bedwell, who has his own stable here together with- the horses he trains for I. A. OMeara, will ship to Havre de Grace at the conclusion of the meeting here on Saturday. A number of the jockeys riding here will leave for Ken-tuckv on Saturday night and ride there during the fall."
